Ten years from the date of purchase, any craftsmanship defects are covered by a warranty.

Restrictions & Conditions:

Scenic City Sheds, LLC warrants to the original purchaser, that your storage building is free of defects in material and workmanship upon installation, and will repair or replace any components that do not provide reasonable service under normal residential use, for a period of Ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser and location. Relocating products by any party automatically invalidates these warranties.

For this warranty to be valid, all buildings purchased that were not painted by Scenic City Sheds, all exposed surfaces must be painted within ninety days (90) of installation (proof of paint purchase required) and properly maintained.

Scenic City Sheds, LLC makes no warranty on workmanship for products constructed or assembled by anyone other than Scenic City Sheds, LLC. Additionally, modifications made by the customer or a third party, such as ramps, decks, additions, etc., may void the warranty.

These warranties do not apply to any Scenic City Sheds, LLC product or part that has been damaged by adverse weather conditions, earthquake, hail, wind, fire, water, flood, earth shifting, accidents, theft, vandalism, an act of God, inappropriate usage, or neglect, or any instance customarily covered by homeowners insurance is not covered by this warranty.

The contents of sheds or any other personal items are not covered by this warranty. When used appropriately and maintained properly, Scenic City Sheds, LLC guarantees that products will remain structurally sound. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is characteristic of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under the warranty.

Water sealer failures occurring more than 3 years after product manufacture are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not extend coverage to consequential and punitive damages, loss of use, or missed business opportunities.

As with any building that is located on top of the ground, natural settling of the product may occur over time and it may become necessary to re-level the building. This limited warranty does not include re-leveling due to poor ground quality. Scenic City Sheds, LLC will provide this service for a reasonable fee. Buildings need periodic cleaning, painting, and caulking, and vegetation should not be planted around the edges of the structure, which could lead to restricted ventilation.

Scenic City Sheds does not offer assurances or warranties concerning the suitability of its products for particular purposes.
