How much is the deposit?

We require a deposit upfront of ⅓ (33%) of the total shed price.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, we do not charge sales tax on our sheds. We try to have transparent pricing and be completely upfront and honest.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We have a “Home Improvement License” but we are not a general contractor. License #11112. We can handle builds up to $25,000. We also carry business general liability insurance for peace of mind.

If I have something different in mind then the choices listed on your website, would you be open to building it?

We value your unique ideas and are open to incorporating them into your shed build, even if they differ from the choices listed on our website.

Would you build a shed outside of your 30 mile radius?

We will on a case-by-case basis. However, there will be an extra fee applied due to travel, food, and lodging. Feel free to reach out.

What areas does Scenic City Sheds serve?

Chattanooga, TN, and the surrounding area (30 mile radius).
